Photography and PDPA Consent

By answering yes to this form, the parents/guardian have authorized as the guardian of the child above and acknowledge the statement and agreement as the following:

• I understand that school will be taking pictures on camp activities, which will/may include the child for marketing use (ie. KIS Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and data collection for school purposes in the future.
• By answering yes to this form, I consent to and authorize the school photo taking for marketing uses and PDPA Consent & Acknowledgement to my child.

General Data Protection Regulations

We have read the School’s Privacy Policy on Data Protection, Cookie and Privacy Policy that has information on the use of you and your child/ children’s personal data.

• Yes, we have read and agreed to the School’s Privacy Policy 
• Yes, we have read and agreed to the following guidelines which are set out in the School’s ‘Taking, Storing and Using Images – Section, Use of Cameras and Filming Equipment (including mobile phones) by parents in respect of any video or photographs taken by us on school premises or at school events.

KIS International School Reignwood Park staff regularly take pictures and videos to use in the weekly school newsletter, website, prospectus and social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube. If referring to a child we only use first names.
