Terms & Conditions
Conditions & Payment Schedule
The fees at KIS are reviewed annually and are subject to change. Parents have the option to pay tuition and fees by term or annually. A discount of 2% is given for tuition and boarding fees paid annually, applied after any other annual fee reductions. Tuition and fees for all students must be paid 30 days before the start of term or immediately if starting within this timeframe.
For families opting to pay termly, payment is due by the following dates:
- Term 1 on 17 July 2026
- Term 2 on 4 December 2026
- Term 3 on 19 March 2027
For new students, the registration fee and annual development fee/school development fund will be invoiced within 2 working days after accepting a place and are due within 2 weeks of the dated invoice. All fees must be paid before students can attend school.
Student Group Accidental Insurance
KIS provides a Student Group Accidental Insurance Policy that applies to school-sanctioned activities supervised by school authorities throughout the year, including field trips, sports events, tournaments, and military reserve training. The policy covers accidental medical treatment, as well as loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight, or permanent disability. While the school considers this coverage reasonable and acceptable, it is highly advisable for each student to have their own medical policy tailored to their circumstances.
Sibling Discounts
A sibling discount applies to children from the same family. The eldest child will always be considered the first child.
For the Second Child: 20% discount on the registration fee and a 5% discount on the tuition fee.
For the Third/Subsequent Child: 30% discount on the registration fee and a 10% discount on the tuition fee.
Note: The sibling discount cannot be used in combination with any other annual fee reduction.
Overdue Payments
Overdue payments will incur a monthly surcharge of 1.25%. The school reserves the right to withhold school documents, transcripts, and take appropriate legal action in the event of overdue payments and outstanding amounts owed to the school. In addition, the student will not be automatically re-enrolled in the new term.
Late Enrollment
Students are able to start on any Monday during the school term, and tuition and boarding fees will be prorated based on the number of full weeks remaining in the term.
Refund Policy & Withdrawal Notice
All fees must be paid before students can start a new term, regardless of whether a student completes or does not complete the term. If one full term’s written notice of withdrawal is provided, only tuition and boarding fees for any unused full terms, and the School Development Fund (if applicable), will be refunded after deducting any outstanding fees. No refunds will be granted for withdrawals made during a term.

Withdrawal Deadlines
- End of Term 1 on 17 August 2026
- End of Term 2 on 11 January 2027
- End of Term 3 on 19 April 2027
Re-Enrollment
Families must confirm their intention to return during the re-enrollment period for the upcoming academic year.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure closure of the school or other unforeseeable adverse circumstances beyond the school’s control, no fees will be refunded. Lost days will only be rescheduled if the Head of School deems it necessary to maintain educational objectives.
Methods of Payment
- By cash or cheque at school.
- By credit card at school. Bank charges shall be covered by parents.
- By wire transfer. Wire transfer charges shall be covered by parents.
- By payment link. Service charges shall we covered by parents.
Please note: Payment details will be included in the school invoice. After making the payment, please ensure to email a scanned copy of the pay-in-slip with the student’s name clearly written to financerp@kis.ac.th.

Our scholarship program offers financial assistance to talented and motivated individuals, empowering them to achieve their goals within our diverse and enriching learning environment.
Scholarship Awards are up to 30% off Tuition Fees
Academic Scholarships
These scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate high academic ability. There is no deadline for Academic Scholarships, all children who are currently in Grade 5 to 8 will be considered during our admissions process. Academic ability will be measured through our admissions assessment, prior school reports and through an interview with school leadership
Sports Scholarships
These scholarships are awarded on the strength of the student’s potential in sport/s. For our Sports Scholarships we look for children who have strength in one or more of our main school sports which are football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, swimming, and golf. There is no deadline for our Sports Scholarships, please contact our admissions team to discuss further if you would like to explore applying for a Sports Scholarship.
All Rounder 'Inspiring Individuals' Scholarships
These scholarships are awarded to students who exemplify our school vision and demonstrate excellence in three of more disciplines of the school curriculum.
