Learning Support (Optional)
Comprehensive learning support is provided within the standard school fees. Bespoke KISpire services are available for an extra fee. Please consult the KISpire team for a personalized fee schedule.
Extracurricular Activities (Optional)
Extracurricular activities (ECAs) and coaching sessions run from Monday to Friday, from 14:45 to 16:30. The fees vary depending on the type of activities chosen. For further details, please contact bhusanisa.ra@kis.ac.th.
Terms & Conditions
Conditions & Payment Schedule
The fees at KIS are reviewed annually and are subject to change. Parents have the option to pay tuition and fees by term or annually. Tuition and fees for current students are due before the start of each term. For students paying termly, payments are due by the following dates:
- Term 1 on 17 July 2026
- Term 2 on 4 December 2026
- Term 3 on 19 March 2027
For new students, all fees are due within 10 working days of accepting a place. Enrollments for the academic year 2027/28 completed by February 2027 will be billed in two installments. The first installment includes the registration fee which is due upon registration. The second installment covers the development fund/fee, tuition fee and other fees, and is payable in April – May 2027. All fees due must be paid before students can attend school.
Inclusions & Exclusions
Tuition fee for Early Years Prep to Grade 10 includes all materials, workbooks, textbooks, and selected class field trips.
Tuition fee for Grade 11 and Grade 12 does not include textbooks or online electronic resources and textbooks or fees for changing subjects past any stated course/programme change deadlines. Additional expenses may be incurred for certain courses. If a student opts to take online DP courses, the fees for these courses must be covered by parents.
Tuition Fee does not cover the cost of Extracurricular Activities, uniforms, school sports team uniforms, experiential learning trips, and MRISA tournaments.
Student Group Accidental Insurance
KIS provides a Student Group Accidental Insurance Policy that applies to school-sanctioned activities supervised by school authorities throughout the year, including field trips, sports events, tournaments, and military reserve training. The policy covers accidental medical treatment, as well as loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight, or permanent disability. While the school considers this coverage reasonable and acceptable, it is highly advisable for each student to have their own medical policy tailored to their circumstances.
Sibling Discounts
A sibling discount applies to children from the same family. The eldest child will always be considered the first child.
For the Second Child: 20% discount on the registration fee and a 5% discount on the tuition fee.
For the Third/Subsequent Child: 30% discount on the registration fee and a 10% discount on the tuition fee.
Overdue Payments
Overdue payments will incur a monthly surcharge of 1.25%. The school reserves the right to withhold school documents, transcripts, and take appropriate legal action in the event of overdue payments and outstanding amounts owed to the school. In addition, the student will not be automatically re-enrolled in the new term.
Late Enrollment
The half-term rate will apply to tuition, meals, and van fees for enrollments starting after the midterm point dates below:
- Term 1 on 19 October 2026
- Term 2 on 22 February 2027
- Term 3 on 17 May 2027
Refund Policy & Withdrawal Notice
All fees must be paid before students can start a new term, regardless of whether a student completes or does not complete the term. Tuition and other fees (e.g., meals, school bus service) paid in advance for the full academic year will be refunded for any unused full terms only, provided that written notice of withdrawal is submitted to the school at least one term in advance. No refund will be issued if the student withdraws during the term.
Withdrawal Deadlines
- End of Term 1 on 17 August 2026
- End of Term 2 on 11 January 2027
- End of Term 3 on 19 April 2027
Re-Enrollment
Families must confirm their intention to return during the re-enrollment period for the upcoming academic year.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure closure of the school or other unforeseeable adverse circumstances beyond the school’s control, no fees will be refunded. Lost days will only be rescheduled if the Head of School deems it necessary to maintain educational objectives.
Methods of Payment
- By cash or cheque at school.
- By credit card at school. Bank charges shall be covered by parents.
- By wire transfer. Wire transfer charges shall be covered by parents.
Please note: Payment details will be included in the school invoice. After making the payment, please ensure to email a scanned copy of the pay-in-slip with the student’s name clearly written to kisfinance@kis.ac.th.

IB DP & CP Full Academic Scholarship
As part of KIS’s enduring commitment to the Bangkok community, we are proud to offer a full academic scholarship to two outstanding students for the academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The scholarship will be awarded to the most exemplary students who demonstrate exceptional academic prowess, align with KIS values, exhibit unwavering determination, and achieve commendable results in both the scholarship committee’s assessment test and interview.

Benefits
The scholarship recipients will receive a full tuition fee waiver for Grades 11 and 12, contingent upon continued scholarship compliance. No registration fee will be required for the new student.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in Grade 10 (Year 11) during the current academic year 2025-2026
- Eligible to enter Grade 11 in August 2026
- Any nationality
- Demonstrate strong English language proficiency
- Achieve excellent academic performance (minimum IB equivalent score of 6 or GPA equivalent of 3.75 or higher)
- Demonstrate success in both academic and extracurricular activities.
- Successful complete the scholarship assessment and interview process
How to Apply
New Applicants
Applicants should submit their online applications here and complete the following requirements by Monday, February 23, 2026:
- Upload school reports of the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, plus Term 1 of 2025-2026
- Upload any special honors or awards received between January and December 2025
- Upload a handwritten letter (200 words), explaining how receiving a full academic scholarship will shape your future
- Pay application fee of 6,000 Baht to participate in this program.
- Participate in person on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 9am-12pm for the assessment and interview
Current Grade 10 KIS Students (Academic Year 2024-2025)
Current KIS students who meet the scholarship qualifications are welcome to apply. Please note that you are required to submit the following documents via the Open Apply Portal.

- Participate in person on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 9am-12pm for the assessment and interview
Sports Scholarship
The scholarship recipients will enjoy up to 30% tuition fee discount for their time at KIS, contingent upon continued scholarship compliance. Valid for new enrollments only.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified and of age to enroll in Grades 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 of the following academic year
- Any nationality
- English Language Fluency
- Maintain academic achievement to receive a KIS diploma (a 4 on the IB scale)
- Demonstrate continued success in competitive sport teams
How to Apply
New applicants should submit their application along with the following requirements.
- Upload school reports of the past two academic years and Term 1 of the current year
- Upload files of any special honors or awards the applicant received within the past two academic years related to their sport
- Submit a 2 minute video demonstrating expertise in the sport(s) of choice
- Pay an application fee of 6,000 Baht to participate in this program.
- Participate in-person for the assessment and interview with the Director of Athletics, Mr. Lucas Rivera.
